Benedict offers private tuition for students wishing to learn the organ in Stamford (Lincolnshire) and the surrounding area (Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland etc.).

He is happy to take on students of all ages and experience levels who are keen to improve and progress; no matter what your current standard of playing, from complete beginner upwards, we will devise a programme of tuition tailored to your specific needs. He has particular experience of introducing aspiring organists to the instrument for the first time, even with little or no previous keyboard-playing experience.

Tuition can take place using either the 2-manual J J Binns organ at All Saints’, Stamford, or the fine 3-manual Bevington/Hill organ at St John's, Stamford, although he is happy to travel to other locations in the Stamford area, if this is preferred. The frequency and scheduling of lessons are both flexible.

Benedict holds an enhanced DBS disclosure for his work at All Saints’, Stamford and has undertaken safeguarding training through the Church of England’s national scheme.
